Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the 11 Seconds application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

11 Seconds is an estimation quiz game offering solo, duel, matchmaking, and party game modes. The App is provided by Kombiverse Labs, Oppelner Str. 3A, 33098 Paderborn, Germany.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.

4. Subscriptions

The App offers optional subscription plans:

• Supporter (€2/month) — Supports development, unlocks future premium statistics
• Pro (€5/month) — Unlocks Party Mode and all premium features

Subscriptions are billed through Google Play (Android) or Stripe (web). Billing terms, cancellation, and refund policies of the respective platform apply. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your platform's subscription settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate game scores, rankings, or leaderboards
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Circumvent subscription restrictions or feature gates

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of 11 Seconds are owned by Kombiverse Labs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. User Content

Content you create within the App (display name, username, avatar) must not be offensive, misleading, or infringe on third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Party Mode & Audio

Party Mode requires microphone access for voice input. By using Party Mode, you consent to audio being processed by third-party AI services for speech recognition. You are responsible for informing all participants that audio processing occurs.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Game content (questions, answers) is provided for entertainment purposes and may not always be perfectly accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kombiverse Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Paderborn, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
